01 - Corporate Events
Photography, videography or combined coverage for conferences, expos, launches, brand activations, awards, PR and marketing events, fashion shows, networking events and company gatherings.
Coverage can span one or several days and is shaped around your brief, with a focus on the key people and moments.

Photography: Speakers, panels, guests, networking, room details, branding and group portraits. Behind-the-scenes coverage can be included where relevant.
Video: Options include a highlight film, short social media clips and interviews, in vertical or horizontal formats.
Tailored delivery: The deliverables are agreed for each project. Faster delivery can be quoted as an extra.
02 - Portraits & Branding
Portrait photography and videography for corporate headshots, team portraits, personal branding and individual portraits.
Sessions can take place at your workplace, another chosen location, a hired studio or a combination of settings, depending on your brief.

Corporate portraits: Headshots and team portraits for LinkedIn, company websites and profiles, and other professional uses.
Personal branding and individual portraits: Environmental portraits in a person’s workplace or another setting connected to their work, business or project.
Photo and video content: Created for businesses, brands and individuals, with the format and scope shaped around how the content will be used, from marketing campaigns and websites to social media.
Guidance and preparation: Advice on posing, location, wardrobe and overall look to help people feel comfortable and confident. Hair and makeup can be arranged through an external professional and quoted separately.
03 - Private Events
Photography and videography for celebrations, private dinners and parties, as well as company celebrations.
Coverage is shaped around the host’s plans, with the key people and moments agreed in advance.

Photography: Candid moments, guests, key people, the atmosphere, event details and group portraits. We’ll check the schedule with the host so we know when to expect important moments, surprises and entertainment.
Video: Highlight films and short social media clips, in vertical or horizontal formats, depending on the brief.
Who we work with: Private clients, event planners and producers, event agencies, PR agencies and luxury concierge professionals.
04 - Red Carpet & BTS
Photography and videography for film premieres, award ceremonies, film festivals, fashion shows, PR events and brand activations.
Coverage can follow the arrivals and press moments while also documenting the atmosphere and activity behind the scenes.

Photography: Arrivals, photo calls, step-and-repeat backdrops, guests and talent, press-line moments, event atmosphere and behind-the-scenes activity.
Video: Coverage of these moments in vertical or horizontal formats, tailored to the brief.
Who we work with: Film studios and production companies, film organisations, award bodies and academies, film festivals, PR agencies, publicists, event organisers, fashion teams and brands.
05 - Production Support
Production support for photography and video shoots, available on its own or alongside coverage.
The level of support is shaped around the brief, from specific tasks to broader coordination across pre-production, shoot day and agreed post-production work.

Pre-production: Planning, location scouting, casting, and coordinating talent, crew, catering, locations, equipment and materials. Call sheets can be prepared where needed.
Shoot day: Support coordinating between the client or agency, talent and crew, and helping with agreed production logistics.
Post-production: Photography or video editing, coordinating external editors, or other agreed post-production tasks.
Project scope: The tasks and responsibilities are defined for each project in the proposal.
How It Works
Each project begins with a conversation about what you need. From there, we shape the brief, coverage, planning and delivery around your project.
Our Process
Use the enquiry form to share the project type, date, location, scale, timeframe, budget range and the photography, video or production support you’re considering. If you’re not sure what you need yet, you can tell us that too.
1. Tell us about your project
We’ll reply by email within 24 hours. If your enquiry includes enough detail, we’ll arrange a call to discuss the project. If we need more information first, we’ll follow up by email. Once we understand what you need, we’ll confirm the scope and send a tailored proposal.
2. Discuss the brief
To reserve the date, you’ll need to accept the proposal by email, sign the agreement and pay the deposit. We’ll then plan the details together, such as the schedule, locations, shot list, key people and visual references. The planning may involve a call or further emails, depending on the project.
3. Confirm and plan
We carry out the agreed coverage and deliver the edited files digitally. Delivery times and any video revisions are agreed in the proposal. As a guide, photography usually takes around five working days and video around five to ten working days, depending on the project. Faster delivery may be available for an additional fee.
